On a special diet or have allergies?
  • We have gluten free (celiac disease), dairy free (lactose intolerant), soy free and nut free dishes. Just ask when you order from our delicious, organic menu.
Need a Super Energy / Antioxidant boost?
  • Try a bottle of Kombucha (a tea promoted as a detoxifying health tonic).
  • Try a bottle of Acai (extremely rich in antocianine, an antioxidation substance which assists in combatting free radicals and cholesterol, very rich in Iron, too).

Our Philosophy
We are an organic eco cafe located just outside Rochester, NY.

We are a green business and much of our menu is vegan and/or vegetarian.

Our Organic Café serves Smoothies, Juices, Salads, Wraps, Soups and Desserts. We use local farm produce and are 100% organic.

Our Organic cafe features cups, bowls, to go containers, napkins and utensils which are all made out of renewable plant sources, such as corn, wheat and bagasse (cane sugar).

We strive to make it easy for those to change and move to a more socially-responsible, conscious lifestye.

We support organic, green living, sustainability, Fair Trade, Raw and Healthy.
